Growing a SaaS platform presents a unique set of challenges.  This session will focus on the how we've grown our product, KidReports, over the past 4.5 years.  KidReports is a SaaS platform for child care centers that provides parents with a real time view of their kids daily activities, as well as a full classroom management solution for teachers and center administrators.  As our platform has grown from a handful of users to hundreds of centers across the globe (with thousands of concurrent users and millions of monthly communications), we have had to revisit key pieces of the architecture.
